This is my 2nd generation laser cutter, this time cutting area is 900mm x 600mm using a 90W Reci Tube and CloudRay components. Controller is the Ruida RDC6422 laser controller. Frame is made out of 2020 and 2040 Misumi extrusions and hiwin mgn15 linear rails. It has a motorized up down table, and 3 way pass material passthrough (sides and front). Thanks for everyone who provided great 3d models to be used in this model. Designed fully in Fusion360 with working sliding axis and opened panels and lids.
