Laser-Cut UAV Design for Mass Production · 模型 266195
Hello GrabCAD Community, I designed this UAV during my university studies and wanted to share it with you. The goal of the design was to enable fast and efficient drone production using laser-cut sheet metal. We used it for an internship project. Since we didn’t have access to a laser cutter, we produced a chassis with a 3D printer at approximately the same weight. The results were quite promising, although during autonomous flight tests our drone crashed into a roof. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to test the suspension landing gear. If I can find them, I’ll share our test results and some videos with you. I try to share new designs every day — I’d really appreciate your support and a follow!
