3-Jaw Lathe Chuck is a single Solidworks Part file with adjustable ID & OD Jaws. Watch the Attached MP4 Videos if you would like to see how to switch between the ID & OD jaws ... and you can also move the Jaws to match diameter of material. I use this Chuck in my Solidworks Fixture Assemblies to make sure there is clearance for the Chuck Key Handle and items held in the Chuck's Jaws. Adjustments are helpful for Photo-Realistic Renderings showing material mounted in the Lathe Chuck and how tooling will line up with material. I used my Chuck in a TIG welding positioner that rotates controlled by a foot pedal.
