I respect the art and science that is manually grinding of lathe tool geometry. I just prefer to save time and avoid an aluminum oxide shower. This tool is placed in a vice on a single parallel to the appropriate compound angle, then the required geometry can be milled. This could also make insert holders as well. This is 3D printed 17-4 Stainless Steel.
