Lego 43x26 Mag wheel for RoboCup junior competition robot. Autodesk 123D Design Version 2: Thickened up most wall and increased rad size.... After 3D printing and removal of support material, they all split apart. I've worked out that a 1mm wall thickness produces a hollow wall effect on the UPBOX 3D Printer, because it extrudes 0.45mm of material with no fill (0.10mm air gap).
