These keychains are quick to print and demonstrate the Smart Insert capability of PolyJet with GrabCAD Print Pro. This print will pause after layer 44. During the pause, insert a round, clear, 25mm (1in) NFC sticker. The thickness of the NFC tag is accounted for using a 0.2mm air body. After placing the tags and ensuring they are stuck flat on the parts, resume the print in the GrabCAD Print schedule view. Then resume the print on the printer. After printing, program the tag using the NFC Tools app from the Google Play store or Apple app Sore. Optional: Print directly on glass for a glossy bottom without post processing or support material. Check the box in GrabCAD Tray Settings for Print Directly on Tray. Calibrate the z-start of the printer to the top of the glass in your printer. For the best flatness of the glass, print a 20mmx20mmx2mm cube in each corner of the tray. Place the glass on those cubes using double sided tape. Then calibrate z-start. (all before starting the keychain print)
