A manually operated keyway slotter for lathes, mounted in AXA/Dixon Style Toolholder. Drawings included. Grind the tool steel bit for desired keyway width. Mount in the tool holder, adjust for centre height and use the cross slide to take small cuts. Operate the lever and withdraw to readjust the cross slide to take the next cut until the desired keyway depth is reached.
