A line detection module for narrow lines (1cm wide) surrounded by narrow white areas. This module has 12 infrared LED / phototransistor pairs spaced 0.5 cm apart. This spacing ensures that there is always at least one pair on the black line and on each white area. A cover limits reflections between neighboring pairs and focuses the LED and phototransistor on the same point. Status display for each point. I2C interface via MCP23017. Designed with KICAD 9.0 and Freecad 1.0.
