Link Bracket Component Design | 3D CAD Modeling (Creo) · 模型 70145
Designed a link bracket component using PTC Creo, focusing on strength, precision, and functional performance in mechanical assemblies. The part features an elongated body with two circular holes of different diameters, making it suitable for pivot or linkage applications. The larger hole is designed for primary rotational movement (such as a shaft or pin), while the smaller hole serves as a secondary connection point. The smooth outer profile and rounded edges improve stress distribution and reduce the risk of failure under load. The model was created using parametric design techniques, allowing easy adjustment of dimensions such as hole diameter, center distance, and thickness. Extrusion-based modeling was used to generate the main body, followed by precise cut operations to create the holes. Fillets were applied to enhance durability and eliminate sharp edges. The design is optimized for manufacturing processes such as CNC machining or forging, ensuring both efficiency and structural integrity. The clean feature tree enables easy modifications and scalability for different applications. This project highlights practical mechanical design skills, especially in creating functional components used in linkages, joints, and motion systems.
