SOLIDWORKS portfolio concept for recycling sorted PLA printer scrap into filament. The covered hopper feeds a hand-cranked steel shredder, gravity funnel, heated screw barrel and nozzle, followed by cooling, a diameter gauge, roller puller and spool. Contains the complete static STEP assembly and two SolidWorks snapshots. CAD checks passed for all sixty-five native part designs, with no missing references and no static interferences in the integrated assembly. Physical performance is untested. Drive retention, cutting torque, fastening, thermal controls and guarding require further engineering before fabrication. This is a portfolio concept, not a validated functional machine.
