Lour Time Clock - Adjusted Universal Time (UTA), system redefining civil and computer timekeeping · 模型 207424
this new timescale system uses letters instead of hours (lours) and adds at least 1 millisecond to everyday in order to do away with leap seconds (added every 1.5 years or so to correct civil time to global position). true value of Y00 00.0000000 is obtained from the day's previous difference from UTC and UT1 (UTC without leap second) the same time is used all over the world. used primarily by computer systems and navigational tracking devices. the design is made to place at the topmost noon part of the 24 segment clock's faceplate the lour that corresponds to the letter zone one lives in. time would be the same in all ports, the user simply has to rotate the outer dial ring for the timezone they are located. map of the hemisphere moves along with the lour of the day. a new timescale presented here is used which adds an imaginary time zone (Yankee time) to the imaginary anti-meridian. concept badly needed to fix our present system of time since the earth is slowing down as it expands through the years. Inspired by Google's Leap Smear idea.
