Here is a low profile thermostat housing for a 1uz vvti, 2uz or 3uz engines. Essential for engine swaps into vehicles that have minimal clearance in front of the engine. There are two models available. One with threads and one without. If you have one machined on a mill I recommend using the model without threads. If you want to try your hand at 3d printing, use with threads. The factory long bolt will need to be discarded and replaced with another short bolt. The factory short bolt size is m8-1.25x22mm. The bolt is now inside the thermostat housing so some sealant applied to the underside of the bolt head will be necessary. This is my first model I've mad in Fusion 360 and the first model I've ever had cut on a mill so its not the best for milling. I was able to get it done but it certainly cost more than expected. I am open to remixes. If somebody would like to modify to make it more efficient to mill great. If somebody would like to modify to have different versions to fit different applications, great. Included are some comparison photos to a factory housing. I do NOT authorize it to be produced and sold for profit. The model is free and is authorized to be produced for personal use only.
