Made to fit with 1.27 mm (0.050”) hole size tubes. Edit: Many of those I initially made have been slightly too tight and broke too fast. Still WIP. Printed with SLA machines, then cured. See .F3D file for base parts without threading. The connectors are commonly made of Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) as the material of choice. Although the models exhibit satisfactory tolerances, there's a minor issue of the resin getting abraded, resulting in a powdery residue. Therefore, it's crucial to first conduct tests on these connectors and then thoroughly clean them to eliminate residual powder.
