Thickness Gauge used by Luthiers for wood calibration. This specifically is based on measurements taken from a model sold on Aliexpress/China, but it's very similar to the Stewmac "Thickness Caliper" version. Since this was supposed to be used in a workshop layout, it’s detailed to a certain extent, but it's not suitable at all for manufacturing.
