Hereby I'm sending you my entry for the NASA Challenge: Human-Rated Spacecraft 3D Printing Process Animation and that challenge can be found here: https://grabcad.com/challenges/nasa-challenge-human-rated-spacecraft-3d-printing-process-animation This facility is capable of systematically fabricating complete module sections. From fuel tanks, capsules to heat shield, this production line is easy to implement. With a minimum of 12 meters to 20 meters (or higher), this production line is ready to build the future launch vehicles. The crane robot is equipped with a telescope with 3 robot arms attached to it. each arm has a triple toolset mount that can be used for every special production. From welding head that is able to weld metal or plastic, carbon weaving, CNC, and / or hoisting claws for lifting and support work. The robot is able to resupply itself when the raw materials are running low during production. The transport platforms have a rotation disk that can rotate 360 degrees and is capable of transporting complete module sections through the production facility.
