Ervin requested some air duct design, this is quick and simple but should get you started. Note: the spiral is simply an extruded cylinder w helical revolve. (Assuming spiral will be purchased). The collars, transition, elbows and hanger cradles are all sheetmetal and can be unrolled / unfolded. The transition has some material left inside the cylinder to prevent breaking the unfold process. A little time and effort can clean that right up. The vents are solid models and cannot be unfolded.
