You level the table yourself, the ultimate non-liability crutch for manufacturers. Comes with mandatory waiver of liability form. Jokes aside, you squeeze the bike pull handle when swinging this guy forward. With some practice the table can remain relatively straight, your brain will be your own PID controller. When you pull the handle, the wire will rotate a larger pulley which has a belt going through a Bowden tube to another smaller pulley connected to the table. The table is held to horizontal neutral position with a rubber band. Potential issues: Releasing handle while crutch is in a tilted forward state will result in food being dumped in your face/chest. Squeezing handle while crutch is in neutral upright position will result in food being dumped at person/region directly in front of yourself.
