Designed for simplicity and functionality to achieve smooth, flat surfaces. Features: X and Y Axes: Continuous movement for smooth planing over large surfaces. Z Axis: Incremental adjustment for precise depth control. Router Mounting Plate: 200x200 mm plexiglass sheet for workpiece visibility. Customizable Router Mounting: Drill custom holes to fit your plunge router (tested with Parkside POF1200 E4). Materials: Aluminium Extrusion Profiles 2040: For frame and rails. 3D Printed Parts: PETG, 30% infill, 4 walls, no supports. Ball Bearings: Eighty 4x13x5 mm for smooth movement. Plexiglass Sheet: 200x200 mm for router mounting plate. Fasteners: DIN 912 M4 and M6 bolts and nuts. Assembly Notes: Dimensions provided in CAD files. 3D printed parts require no supports. Securely fasten plexiglass plate and drill custom holes for your router. Usage: For manual operation (not CNC). Guide router along X and Y axes, adjust Z axis for depth control.
