Built the base form from 2D reference sketches, using surfacing tools (Loft, Boundary Surface, Knit) to create smooth, organic curves true to a fox's facial structure Took real-world facial measurements and iteratively refined dimensions so the final mask fits comfortably and securely on the wearer's face Converted the surface model into a solid body and prepared it for additive manufacturing 3D printed the final design, successfully producing a functional, wearable prototype
