This is a Mean Well LRS-350 power supply. It's based on the one-body model from "Chris" which I cut up and re-assembled with multiple bodies and components. I then made extensive revisions based on photos, measurements and OEM specifications. I'll work to improve it and make it more accurate as time allows. The model has two labels -- one for 12V and one for 24V. Simply hide the one you don't want. Let me know what additional details I should add.
