We have a combination device here - for the sake of convenience - with which we want to mince meat or fish - through a kind of large meat grinder with a 90 mm perforated plate - into molds where the meat mass is pressed. through a two-part rod mold, the upper part of which can be swiveled by 45 degrees. at the same time, the pressed mold - made up of the lower part and the attachment - is used to turn the finished pressed pieces of minced meat by 180 degrees. they are placed in a liquid breading (dropped) and then breaded with coarse breadcrumbs, so to speak - and then moved to fry or pre-bake. we can vacuum seal these meat balls both pre-cooked for long-term storage without refrigeration - and also dispense them directly from the food dispensers for consumption. the breading contains the necessary spices: the meat itself is not seasoned. In contrast to a conventional meat grinder, our inner workings move up and down in the housing like a piston in a car engine to feed the pre-chopped meat or fish into the shaft with the somewhat bulky, large and closely spaced conveyor screws.
