By definition, A syringe is a medical device that is used to inject fluid into, or withdraw fluid from, the body. A medical syringe consists of a needle attached to a hollow cylinder that is fitted with rubber to a sliding plunger. The 4 components have been designed. The downward movement of the plunger injects fluid; upward movement withdraws fluid from the body. The design was done in Solidworks 2016. I have provided figures with the used dimensions along with the Solidworks files. The video recording below may aid in your practise.
