Meshtastic Enclosure for MeshAdv Pi Hat on Raspberry Pi Zero 2 WH · 模型 187266
I designed a enclosure for my MeshAdv Pi Hat on the Raspberry Pi Zero 2 WH, the ATGM336H GPS module (an u-blox MAX-M8 clone), and the GY-BME280 breakout board (a 3-in-1 sensor for temperature, humidity, and air pressure) in Fusion 360 for mounting on an antenna mast. An M12 x 1.5 cable gland can also be used instead of the custom-made rubber seal. I used the following components to properly model the required dimensions and dependencies: - Rugged Box Parametric V2 - MeshAdv Pi Hat v1.1 - Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W - ATGM336H GNSS module - GY-BME280, 6-pin version - ALFA AOA-868-5ACM Antenna (reused LCCA30669-FT1.5_3D) The white prototype was printed with PETG, the final black version with glass-fiber-reinforced ASA, and the seals with TPU 95A HF. I uploaded the Fusion 360 F3Z file on Printables because this file type isn't allowed here.
