Hi, here is a handful of resistor 3D models for KiCAD and equivalent. The diameter is 2.3mm and the pitch is 7.62mm, 10.16mm & 15.24mm. These models are meant to be used with KiCAD's standard footprints. To make your own pitch you will need FreeCAD and the "native3D" Metal Resistor FreeCAD File. Just alter the pitch to your liking and export the "3D Model" vial the FreeCAD StepUpTool, Plugin/ Workbench. You should get 2 files a Step file and a VRML file. The VRML does have reflection if you choose some predefined colors when exporting. Custom VRML colors are flat unless you code the reflection by hand afterwords. STEP does have no reflection at all.
