This Metric Socket Head Cap Alloy Steel Shoulder Screw was modeled in SolidWorks 2018 and is a single sldprt file containing 100+ configurations from McMaster-Carr. I have included the original spreadsheet I used to compile information for the design table. My internal P/N’s start with “MP0001048975”, feel free to change these as needed. Also attached are 214 STEP files for each configuration listed my McMaster-Carr number. From McMaster-Carr: "These shoulder screws have a standard shoulder with an undersized tolerance to fit most machinery and equipment. Also known as stripper bolts, they're commonly used as a linear guide for stripper plates in punch and die mechanisms and as a bearing pin, axle, or pivot point. Screws made from alloy steel are comparable to Grade 8 screws."
