Glasses have been around for over 700 hundred years. Among this time, glasses have been innovated time and time again for one purpose: to help your eyesight. Many individuals would agree that after all these innovations, there is very little one could do to help glasses achieve their goal. While sitting in class trying to brainstorm frequent problems that occur in my day to day life, I kept getting distracted by a smudge in the upper left hand corner of my glasses. When I tried wiping the smudge away with my shirt, I just kept making it worse. I found myself wishing that I still had the microfiber cloth given to me with my glasses when I first got them. My innovation is a compartment that fastens to the arm of specially made glasses that would allow the wearer to always have the microfiber cloth handy. The compartment has overhanging extrusions on it that slide onto a rail on the right arm. This innovation provides conveniency to the everyday wearer of glasses. Moreover, this innovation helps glasses achieve their ultimate goal of increasing vision.
