A variety of millets — including Kodo (finger millet), Junelo (sorghum), Kaguno (foxtail millet), and Chino (proso millet) — are grown across different agro-climatic zones in Nepal. However, Nepal does not have any machine for cutting these millets. We researched and built a hand-operated millet cutter for our own use. It is the smallest machine of its kind in the world.
