Mini HRF Bi-LED projector lens and similar options for 2nd gen Hayabusa · 模型 210888
This is a base design for retrofitting the headlight of a 2nd-generation Hayabusa motorcycle. The design includes a Bi-LED projector lens along with a section of the headlight’s mounting plate for the low beam. It is positioned exactly as it should be within the headlight assembly. You will need to open (separate the lens from the housing of) the original headlight and use a Dremel tool to cut the reflector to accommodate the lens. The lens mounting base, integrated with the headlight plate, will be made available soon. I am currently awaiting a scan of the reflector's interior in order to create a cutting template for the lens, as well as the specific cut pattern for the lens shroud.
