This project is a custom Mini-ITX PC case designed for a compact "smart TV" build, but can be used for many other applications. Key Features: - Designed for Mini-ITX motherboards with 18V power input. (My mobo is DQ77KB) - Material: 4mm thick acrylic panels, optimized for laser cutting. - Includes a VESA-compatible mounting plate (75x75mm and 100x100mm) — this plate also acts as a stand if you want to place the case on a desktop. - Mounting holes for a 2.5" drive (SSD or HDD) included. - Most assembly screws are M3x6mm flat head screws. - Motherboard mounting uses M3x5mm standoffs with M3x5mm pan head screws. - Acrylic panel spacing maintained with M3x45mm standoffs. Note: You may need to modify the rear I/O plate to fit your specific motherboard. Additional Details: - Powered by a 65W laptop power supply (example setup). My personal build includes a custom PCB with the following features: - DC-DC converter to power an LED strip. - LED strip serves as both HDD activity indicator (blinking) and adjustable ambient lighting (constant brightness). - Smart logic board that automatically powers the PC on/off based on TV state (when TV turns on/off).
