The current tolerance between the chopper and impeller is .025 inches. This clearance may need to be decreased to .0125 to improve the functionality of the siren unit. As of right now, the impeller has a .5 inch hole for shaft mounting. I plan to update this model with an inset in the back plate of the chopper to allow for a bearing to be pressed for securing the motor shaft.
