3D Printer Enclosure This project consists of a 3D printer enclosure designed using 1/2-inch (12.7 mm) metal profiles and custom 3D-printed connectors. The connectors are designed to join and secure the metal profiles, creating a rigid, modular, and easy-to-assemble frame. The enclosure uses 3 mm MDF panels as the main covering material, providing a lightweight and practical solution for enclosing the printer while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The design also includes 3D-printed hinges, which are assembled using 1/8-inch screws as pivot fasteners, allowing the enclosure panels to be opened and closed easily. This design is intended to provide a simple, modular, and customizable enclosure that can be adapted to different 3D printer dimensions. The combination of metal profiles, 3D-printed connectors, 3 mm MDF, and standard hardware makes the enclosure easy to fabricate and assemble. Note: Use 5/32-inch rivets to secure the brackets to the metal profile.
