This project presents a concept-level modular aluminum extrusion framing system developed for CAD enclosure modeling and structural layout planning. The system includes a custom 40×40 extrusion profile, multi-way 90° joints, adjustable T-slot sliding carriage, and face-plate interfaces to demonstrate modularity, geometric compatibility, and system architecture. The focus of this work is system design and interface logic, rather than manufacturing-ready tolerances or load-certified hardware. A representative enclosure assembly and exploded views are included to illustrate assembly strategy and joint integration.
