I was looking for a rigid, compact and lightweight linear guide design and I stumbled on a few projects that inspired my rendition after observing how others tackled the problem. If you happen to know of a tried and tested design that is open source, please share. The demo is an xy gantry which can be turned into a core-xy (Markforged kinematics /w fishline) easily.
