Monkey — Clip-in Spice Shelf Rail Bracket · 模型 231959
A companion to our Devil & Monkey spice-shelf set. Both ears open outward so steel guard rails clip in from the sides. Print two identical symmetric brackets, one for each shelf end. The original closed-ear Monkey remains available; the Devil shelf support is unchanged. Made for nominal twenty-by-ten millimetre capsule-section rails with straight sides and rounded ends. Each clip has a sixteen-millimetre entrance. The symmetric default has zero ear-position offsets and retains the original mounting-eye and rail-axis spacing. See the included dimensioned drawing and README for all exact measurements. A symmetric full bracket was printed in PETG and the maker confirmed that both rails fit well. The photograph shows the actual printed part and steel rail, without AI retouching. This is a fit check, with no load or durability rating established. Print flat mounting back down. Starting settings: PETG, four perimeters, five top and bottom layers, twenty-percent gyroid infill, no supports. Re-slice for your printer. Wood, rails and hardware are separate. The native FreeCAD spreadsheets expose independent left and right ear shifts, clip entrance, outer-ear trim, mounting eyes, mouth and other dimensions. Keep both ear shifts at zero for the symmetric version. Recompute after edits and export the final object labelled PRINT / EXPORT — Monkey clip-in bracket. Existing mesh files do not update automatically. Detailed cell references and a basic editing example are in README. Includes editable FreeCAD source, STEP solid, STL mesh, dimension drawing, an illustrative assembly and documentation. The assembly is not one printable part.
