Motorized 3D Scanning Turntable for Human Body Scanning · 模型 57130
Description: This is a robust, motor-driven turntable specifically designed for 3D body scanning. It is engineered to support the weight of a person while providing a smooth, slow rotation for high-quality 3D captures. Material & Maintenance Strategy (Sacrificial Part): Main Structure: Most components, including the base and platform, are printed in PETG-CF (Carbon Fiber reinforced) for maximum rigidity and to prevent flexing under the weight of a person. The Gear (Important): The motor's spur gear is deliberately NOT printed in PETG-CF. Instead, it should be printed in a standard material (like regular PETG). Design Philosophy: The gear is designed as a "sacrificial part." It is easier and faster to print and sostituire [sos-ti-tu-i-re] (ersetzen) a small motor gear than to replace the large main rotation ring. This protects the main ring from wear caused by the abrasive carbon fibers. Printing Note: Depending on your 3D printer's build volume, larger components may need to be split into multiple parts within your slicer software. Technical Features: Application: Ideal for full-body 3D scanning and digital twins. Drive System: Integrated motor mount with a 14-tooth spur gear. Bearing System: Uses a specialized rotation ring for smooth movement. Files: STEP file (.step) included.
