Using an L298 bridge and ESP8266 the 2 available power out can drive 2 fans with pwm . Input voltage of max 30V . 5V supplied internally by the bridge board. The attached fan is optional and powered from the 5V as the digital voltmeter. Same as previous but a little more spacious and easier to assemble. The stp convertor to image on GrabCad looks to have some problems but the stp loads just fine.
