The design consists of a excavator and a container. A lever engages and disengages the container from excavator for loading and unloading of regolith. Construction of drum is similar to existing drum with aluminium sheet metal panels assembled together with rods. Stainless steel cutting edges are riveted to scoops. Total mass of drum ~ 3.8 Kg Bucket dimensions: 445 * 357 mm Internal volume of drum = 46.16 litres Volume of regolith collected = 26.2 litres Fill ratio = 56.75%
