Overview: This is a comprehensive set of ergonomic sanding paper holders, designed for high precision. The set includes 17 different configurations to cover all your sanding needs, from flat surfaces to curved edges. Key Features: Two Main Sizes: 40mm and 70mm lengths. Profiles: Available in Flat, Concave, and Convex shapes. Grit-Specific Design: Each holder is specifically designed for different sandpaper thicknesses to ensure a perfect fit without slipping. The Dot-Coding System (Identification): To help you identify the right holder after printing, a tactile "Dot-Code" (AngleNum parameter) is integrated on each model. This code correlates directly to the optimized sandpaper thickness and typical grit ranges: 4 Dots: Optimized for 0.4mm sandpaper thickness (e.g., Grit 400-1000+ for a very fine finish) 2 & 3 Dots: Optimized for 0.6mm sandpaper thickness (e.g., Grit 150-320 for general purpose) 1 Dot: Optimized for 0.8mm sandpaper thickness (e.g., Grit 80-120 for heavy material removal) Assembly and Usage: The holder consists of two parts that simply snap together. The sandpaper is clamped automatically when the two halves are closed. Optimal Angle: Ensure the paper's clamping angle is between 90° and 120° before fully closing the parts. A range outside of this will result in either a weak clamp (paper slips) or excessive tension that may damage the paper or the printed parts. Technical Details: Software: Designed in a CAD environment. Print Settings: Recommended 0.1-0.05mm layer height. Formats: STL files (Ready to print) are provided.
