This is a model of a MuRata 455 KHz CFUKG CERAFIL Ceramic Filter that has optional stop bandwidths of +/-4.5 KHz thru +/-17.5 KHz in a case size of 7560 (7.5mm x 6.0mm). These are generally used after the first stage of the Intermediate Frequency (IF) mixer in AM receivers of superheterodyne type RF converters but can be used in many other applications as well. Although not as accurate (sharp) or suppressive as crystal filters, they support a need in the low cost commodity marketplace.
