My entry for this challenge, Version simple et économique, J'y ai mis un seul robot pouvant effectuer les différentes taches demandé. Plusieurs préhenseur sont disponibles et peuvent être directement changé par le robot sans l'intervention d'un opérateur. Un deuxième robot pourra être installé si la cadence le demande. ( voir emplacement sur plan ) Les caméras de vision permettrons de valider si le robot a bien fait son travail, dans le cas ou il y a des défauts, un opérateur pourra effectuer des modifications / rectifications. La zone de rectification manuel est sécurisé pas des radars de sécurité, La navette en construction est posé sur une table tournante. La table tournante peut être transféré à l'extérieur de la cellule si besoin grâce à deux rails, ce qui permet de transporter la navette grâce à un pont roulant ------------------------------------------- My entry for this challenge, Simple and economical version, I put a single robot that can perform the different tasks requested. Several grippers are available and can be directly changed by the robot without the intervention of an operator. A second robot can be installed if the pace requires it. (see location on plan) Vision cameras will validate whether the robot has done its job, in case there are defects, an operator can make changes / rectifications. The manual rectification area is secured by safety radars, The shuttle under construction is placed on a turntable. The turntable can be transferred to the outside of the cell if needed with two rails, which allows the shuttle to be transported by an overhead crane
