This is my idea. My experience with composite layups and 3d printing lead me to this design. About the design no extra details just the necessary ones to do the job. About the animation done on solid works motion study 2017 no complicated features planes and mating to keep it going smoot. About the concept a giant 3D printer FDM type can do the job the problem is a terraced surface, a big nozzle a bigger gap between layers so an additional arm/arms are added to print in angels filling in the gaps reducing the machining and sanding. Feeding lines go through the lift to the arm, filaments are placed beneath the plate to the arm. Electrical lines go through the lift to the slip ring to the arm enabling the arm to rotate itself. Particularities have not been dealt with. The vertical arm is absent the lift emulates motion, the bulky part of the components manufacturing is done by the vertical arm and the finish is done by the arm. and thanks tommy.
