Regolith Capacity - 21lts Total Scoop width - 175mm >This model have modules like Rotor-Dig[RIG],Torsional deflector, which can be individually attached and replaceable in case of damage. >Rig will be operated by a out-runner motor with a high torsional force. >As the RIG starts to rotate the support wedges will split the solid masses in to smaller grains as they get collected in the RIG, the torsional deflector will hold the Regolith in place untill it is at top position & then the gravity and the Regolith load will make it move downward allowing the Regolith to fall in to the collection unit & afterwards the torsional spring will pull back the deflector into its original position. >During unloading the main shaft rotates the collection unit clockwise and the RIG will be moved by the out-runner motor in Counter Clockwise. >When the RIG rotates during unloading the deflectors will be pushed down due to the Regolith load and gravity allowing the Regolith to fall in to storage. >If one of the RIG get damaged there isn't need to replace whole system only the damaged rig can be removed easily as they have been stacked over each other on a main connection bolt. >The Torsion spring need have just enough force to move the deflector upon load in the respective gravity conditions. >The RIG Inner thickness can be altered based on material, load impacts & wear ratio which can be finalized by physical trial & error.
