The problem at connecting fuelsystems is that there is always a dead room between the components which is filled with fluid. When disconnecting, this fluid is released into the room. So the basic idea is to shear off the fluid stream. The parts need to be turned and wire edm produced. Very tight tolerances to get it leaakage free. In the model springs are missing. Idea should be clear.
