Essentially, the result of the Boolean merging and filleting of 7 inset, scaled instances of: https://grabcad.com/library/abstract-flowing-cube-1 . Unfortunately, I couldn't provide .OBJ files due to their prohibitively large file size and uploading archive files to grabCAD no longer being allowed.
