Cost reduction: Previous cost 1850 USD each support set. New design 1450 USD approximately. Material easy to work. Aluminum 6061 T6, 100 % Extrusionability. It is advisable to incorporate a periodic inspection of the structure in the carbody inspection manual to ensure the integrity of the structure. The majority of the existing design hardware was used to save costs, (screw, nut, washer, etc.). The parts was simulated by CATIA V5R21 with minimum stress and displacement.
