Nissan CD009, as I recall came out of a 2007 Infiniti. Wilwood clutch cylinder. Top mount shifter from Autosports Engineering. The normal shifter hangs off the back and attaches to the shaft protruding from the rear/top of the trans. If you are using this scan in conjunction with my 2JZ scan, I am using a Collins Performance adapter which is a ~5/8" thick plate that goes between the engine and transmission.
