The bracket that holds the blade of the OLFA has become dirty, so I updated it using a 3D printer. I measured the shape of the old bracket with a vernier caliper and changed the design slightly to make it easier for me to use. When printing, there is thermal shrinkage, so the shape needs to be set with a little more leeway than the design value. Also, one thing to note when printing is that parts that will be hollow when printed will need to have support material added from the floor of the printer to the structure side. The best way to create a nice finished shape is to place the parts on the floor of the printer and print them to use as little support material as possible.
