The compressor for the aquarium. One of my long-time clients sent this page from the magazine Young Technician - for skilled hands 1987-01_6. With a request to develop and print a similar compressor. I don't see anything impossible. Very detailed drawing and description. This is how I see the implementation of this project. Now stepper motors are used everywhere, they are not very fast, but they have a great moment. I decided to apply it here too. I slightly modified the torque transfer lever to the diaphragm, made it in the form of a connecting rod with a 683 bearing. According to my plan, the membrane should be made of an elastic silicone plate with a thickness of 2mm. The amplitude of the membrane oscillation is 16 mm. The section shows the device of the compressor itself. It is necessary to print and test. Now I also want to make a vertical version of the compressor with a platform for standard fittings.
