I broke my elbow some time ago and the othosis, that you can buy or get (German healt care system :D) are all pretty trash. So I build my own. The model you can find at onshape by the name "Arm-Aufbau" my creatorname is "Peter Geist", with which, it is build with. I printed the parts with sunlu petg (normal one is much better, than high speed) on a bambu lab a1. The adjustment angles that you need can be changed by the screwed in plates, which as well include the fit for the ball bearings (Da 16mm Di 5mm width 5mm). It is running without resistance, which was my goal. They are fixed with M3 countersunk screws and nuts. Screw length 10mm. The orthosis is custom built for my arm size after removing the splint. So if someone want´s to built their own, you need to work with the smart file with onshape. So everything is super comfortable, the inlays are EVA 5mm thick foam. and the clip clamps are fixed with a normal nail 2,0x50mm which you can get from a home depot. They are just pressed in by hand. The hole thing is as well 50g more light weight than the purchasable one (400g vs 450g). Please ask if you need more infos, if actually want to built one.
