This model is part of my SolidWorks practice series based on the “SolidWorks 200 Exercises” training PDF. The objective of this exercise was to improve sketch interpretation and develop accurate 3D geometry using basic SolidWorks features. The component has an irregular stepped structure with angled cuts and multiple levels. While modeling this part, the main focus was on understanding the correct sketch profile and maintaining dimensional accuracy during the extrusion process. The model was created by first sketching the complex 2D profile and then converting it into a 3D solid using Extrude Boss/Base. Care was taken to maintain proper proportions and clean geometry.
